Country Specific Progress
Under the Mission 300 initiative, progress on National Energy Compacts is monitored twice a year through data submitted by each country’s Compact Delivery and Monitoring Unit (CDMU).
Monitoring covers both policy reform actions and key targets across four thematic areas:
Countries report progress using a standardized Excel template, based on which Compact Progress Reports (CPRs) are produced. Each CPR is prepared and validated by the Government through its CDMU.
While Mission 300 partners support the reporting process, countries retain full ownership of data and responsibility for its interpretation. These reports present the latest country-reported data, submitted during the Q1 2026 reporting cycle and reflects progress achieved in 2025.
Note: The data provided is country-reported and based on national methodologies.
