Rachel Moré-Oshodi is the CEO & Managing Director of ARM-Harith Infrastructure Investment Ltd, where she leads efforts to mobilize capital for infrastructure and climate-resilient projects in West Africa. With over two decades of experience in investment banking, private equity, and development finance, she has structured and financed over $7 billion in critical projects, improving energy access, transport networks, and industrial infrastructure across emerging markets.
Before joining ARM-Harith, Rachel held leadership roles at TotalEnergies, Rand Merchant Bank, the International Finance Corporation (IFC), and AES, working across Africa, Latin America, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia. Her work has spanned project development, project finance, investment structuring, M&A, and strategic advisory, supporting public and private sector partnerships that drive sustainable development.
She holds an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and is an alumna of Harvard Business School’s Senior Executive Program for Africa.
