Mutale Mukuka serves as the Chief Financial Officer of the Copperbelt Energy Corporation (CEC Plc) Group, a role he has held since 2014. Prior, he served as Interim CFO of CEC Africa Investments Limited, a previous subsidiary of the CEC group. He has also served as CEC Group’s regional head for West Africa and Director of Corporate Finance.
With over 24 years of experience, primarily in power infrastructure, Mukuka has played a pivotal role in numerous mergers, acquisitions, and corporate transactions. His expertise encompasses debt structuring, capital market initiatives, corporate restructuring, project financing, and acquisitions across sub-Saharan Africa.
